Lydia Walmsley is no stranger to the Mini Challenge paddock, currently competing in her fifth season under the Mini UK umbrella. She welcomes a new partner to the table: Carlton Cleaning – an inaugural entry to the motorsport community in their forty-plus years in the commercial and industrial cleaning sector.

Carlton Cleaning UK assist Lydia Walmsley in her quest throughout the Mini Challenge Championship where she pilots a full race spec JCW 2.0 litre turbocharged Mini. With Carlton Cleaning’s key vision being ‘Award-winning professional cleaners, outstanding results’, their pathways align in the hopes to achieve new heights together within their partnership.

Stepping foot into the world of motors port is an all new venture for Carlton Cleaning and one that they choose to take alongside Mini Challenge regular, Lydia Walmsley. Competing live on ITV4 supporting the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), where Walmsley’s aspirations lie, Carlton Cleaning are amongst some of the biggest names within British Motorsport. Walmsley ventures North of the border to Knockhill, Dunfermline for Round 4 of the Mini Challenge JCW championship on the 30/31 July.

Company Director, Simon Charlton, is excited to see how the partnership unfolds. Having been a long-time ‘petrol head’, Simon declares:
